Chloe Clarke
Hi there! I’m Chloe, an Early Childhood Education & Special Education Specialist passionate about helping educators and families create environments where children can thrive.
My passion for working with children began long before my professional career—from babysitting and helping in children’s church to organizing summer camps for kids in my neighborhood. That passion grew into a career dedicated to understanding children’s needs, strengthening the environments around them, and equipping the adults who support them.
Since entering the early childhood education field in 2014, I’ve had the opportunity to work across childcare, general education, and special education settings. Those experiences have shaped my belief that meaningful change happens when we look beyond behavior alone and consider the environment, routines, systems, relationships, and skills surrounding the child.
Outside of my professional work, my greatest joy is doing life with my husband—my high school sweetheart—and our four amazing children. Being both an educator and a parent gives me a unique perspective on the realities adults face when trying to support children well.
That combination of professional experience and real-life parenting is a big part of why we created Build to Bloom: to give families and educators practical strategies, supportive systems, and resources they can actually use.
